Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust, ensuring the measuring tape is sitting straight across the back when taking the measurements. Once the measuring tape is in position keep the arms relaxed and by the side.
Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

We are a military family stationed overseas and LSKD informed me after purchasing, that they do not ship to PO Box. I had to ship To my sister in the states and then she’s having to ship to me. As much as I love the quality and fit of their clothing, I do not know that I’ll be able to purchase due to their shipping limitation. Otherwise, I can’t complain on the product."
