Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum. This may be the hips or at the tops of the thighs depending on body shape.

They're incredibly supportive with an ultra-high-rise waistband that holds my post-pregnancy belly comfortably without digging in or rolling down. I find they stay in place much better than the Fusion range. I really hope they release more colours, although I have a feeling LSKD might be discontinuing this style, which would be such a shame because they're by far my favourite."
