However the cup inner seam crossed over the half way point of my breast and is quite thick so the bra shows through my clothing. This will just be an at home bra for me. "This bra was very different to my usual style. I do like it but it is a lot more revealing than expected and I do need to adjust it a little during my workouts. It is only suitable for lower impact workouts like upper body weight sessions. I got my usual size S and I would definitely say to not size down!"
