Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum. This may be the hips or at the tops of the thighs depending on body shape.

"Great shorts for all activities! They do ride up slightly in the first few kms of my runs, but then seem to stay down after a few adjustments. Probably a slightly tighter fit than my other LSKD shorts which causes the top to roll slightly during some workouts. Over all very flattering and versatile. LOVE !"
