Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum. This may be the hips or at the tops of the thighs depending on body shape.

"I love these tights. I’m building a good little collection of LSKD tights - these ones feel quite compressive (even more so than the camo reps I have owned for 2 years). I like a cosy fit for running & CrossFit so the medium size I got them in is perfect but of I was planning on wearing them outside of a fit sesh or for lounging, then I’d definitely size up."
