Bust:
Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust, ensuring the measuring tape is sitting straight across the back when taking the measurements. Once the measuring tape is in position keep the arms relaxed and by the side.
Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

"Material is great but this is not a 3xl. This is a size 16 for short people It gapes and the boobs (in a DD so its weird) but its short in the body. I do have a long torso but sizing up typically helps. Not here. These cut me off just below the belly button but in the picture they hit the lady in the crotch. Its called longline but its not. Its average line. Why do designers just make the bigger sizes wider, why not longer???"
