They have no extra padding which is so good, the thickness of the material is super strong and supportive. Don't think I could do a run in them but have managed a few lower body and full body weight sessions in them. Definitely recommend."

Beware of nipples showing
"This bra has zero padding which means that wearer’s nipples are very visible especially if you are wearing the white bra. It is essentially just a regular bra that you would wear for everyday (non gym) activities. There should be a bold warning to let others know before proceeding with this purchase. Because I used points to redeem for this full priced purchase, I am unable to receive a refund and very very disappointed."
