How to measure:
Chest:
Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of the chest, ensuring the measuring tape is sitting straight across the back when taking the measurements. Once the measuring tape is in position, keep the arms relaxed and by the side.
Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

Great for Short Sessions, Struggles on Long Runs
"My first impressions were genuinely great. Out of the bag, the tank feels incredibly smooth and cool to the touch, almost silky, and the fit is clean. Bought two. One small for partner and medium for myself. For low-intensity sessions or short workouts, it's a solid pick. The stretch is excellent. Where it falls short for me is sweat management during intense or longer training sessions (e. g. Hyrox sim). I'm deep into a run or a heavy training block, the tank starts to saturate with sweat rather than actively pulling it away. At that point, the fabric clings and — most noticeably — it starts to feel significantly heavier. What started as an airy, weightless top becomes a burden by the second half of a long run. For country with high humidity, that's a real issue. Bottom line: Beautiful construction and a great everyday feel, but I'd hold off recommending it for serious runners or high-sweat training."
