Bust:
Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust, ensuring the measuring tape is sitting straight across the back when taking the measurements. Once the measuring tape is in position keep the arms relaxed and by the side.
Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

It’s super comfy, really lightweight and the thumb holes are spot on — they hook over the thumb without extra fabric bunching up. If I’d change anything, I’d make the body a tad longer. "Ok truths time for this light weight beauty. I love all things AeroFLX so I thought I would try the skimmer. If you are a DD girly I do not recommend the skimmer cut. Even though it has 4way stretch she will rise around the bust and shorten the skimmer length even more. I recommend you (me) shop the regular length in this beauty."
