Bust:
Wrap measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust, ensuring the measuring tape is sitting straight across the back when taking the measurements. Once the measuring tape is in position keep the arms relaxed and by the side.
Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.

I’m 175cm, short torso and found most tops a weird length for me; but this is a winner for me in terms of length. The material is extremely lightweight which I love and is comfortable throughout an entire training session with it on the whole time outdoors. As it’s really thin, it can crumple easily when stored scrunched up; I would say it’s wrinkle free once worn in! Wished there were many other colours!"
