Waist:
Measure around the middle of your natural waistline, this should be approximately around where your belly button sits or just above.
Hips:
Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure is sitting straight around the largest part of your bum.

The quality is thick and waist area is double banded so they do not roll down at all when running, dancing or doing a leg day at the gym. Would recommend purchasing Caveat is that after a couple of years the logo on the side lower calf did start peeling off but I got the black on black so it didn’t bother me but maybe it’s been reformulated now."
