First, You’ll need your order number - This can be found on the top of your order confirmation email and will start with your order number (#XXXXXX or #USXXXXX). Click the link below to access our super easy online return platform!

Your gear can be returned within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund, Store Credit or exchange* (AUS, US & NZ ONLY). Your gear can be returned within 60 days of your delivery date for a Store Credit or an exchange* (AUS,US & NZ ONLY).

All products returned need to be in original condition, unwashed, unworn with tags still attached (hats will need to be returned inside a box to avoid damage). For health & hygiene reasons, products such as socks, jocks, face masks and drink bottles are not able to be returned.

If any product you have received is damaged or faulty, flick us an email at with your order number along with photos of the fault/ damage so we can sort it ASAP! Postage costs & Duties are non refundable for international orders. 

Received a gift with purchase? If you return all or part of your order for a refund you will need to send us back the gift in the same condition as above. For any reason the gift isn’t returned we may deduct the full retail cost of the item from your refund. 

*Exchanges on returns are currently only available for our Customers located in Australia & New Zealand or the United States.

Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded for cash.

This is issued via a LSKD gift card and is valid for 3 Years from issue date (Side Note; Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or refundable).

Once your tracking number is sparked with Aus Post (or your local postal service for outside Aus**) and your package is on its way back to us a store credit code will be emailed through to you and will be ready to use straight away! (Don’t forget to check spam if you can’t find it!)

Our store credits are valid for 3 years! So you have stacks of time to find the perfect threads to spend it on.

To use your store credit just enter the code into the ‘gift cards/discount’ box at checkout and click apply. NOTE: don’t forget to do this before check out and before you place the order otherwise it can’t be applied.

You don’t have to spend your store credit all at once, the balance will remain so make sure you keep hold of your store credit code (just keep the email).

Instant Exchanges

We offer instant exchanges which is where you’re able to submit your credit card details while processing your exchange to have the new item to be shipped out to you before you ship the item back to us.

We ask for the credit card details as a security measure. You will only be charged if you do not return your gear within 14 days of lodging the return.

With the amount of limited edition drops we do and how fast we sell out of stock, it's a great option to get your replacement right away to avoid your new size selling out!
