Demi Bagby is the ultimate vibe chasing, viral video making, athlete-creator hybrid.Crossfit, bodybuilding, soccer, parkour, surfing, skateboarding, cheerleading, boxing, martial arts, and even golf, Demi does it all. You've likely already seen one of her viral videos. With a career starting in cheerleading, it hasn't always been a smooth ride for Demi; after a cheerleading trick gone wrong resulted in a fractured spine at the age of 13. Demi faced and a diagnosis of permanent injury limitations and learnt a lot about herself both mentally and physically on her road to recovery. Later, Demi joined up to a Crossfit gym and within a year was ranked 23rd in the world in her age group.
