Firstly, we can't swap out individual items in your Trust Us Pack but more than happy to change the size if it's not quite right: so that's an exchange for the same style and colour in a different size, simple! Q. I’m SUPER keen, when will I get the gear I ordered?

A. We pick & pack orders like ninjas but they can sometimes take 24-48 hours to be processed - This may take a little longer following a public holiday or a massive sale event such as Trust us Packs, so maybe give us 2 - 3 business days (Trust Us, we’re worth it) for dispatch and then its in the hands of the local postal service!
