Refunds are offered on all orders returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on promo T&Cs. All refunds are done to the original payment method.

Once your return has been shipped back to us we will process your refund. Depending on how you made the payment, your money can take about 3-5 business days to hit your account.

If you have paid on a gift card/ store credit and select a refund you will receive this back onto the gift card used.

If by chance you have used a mix of store credit, Buy Now Pay Later/ credit card etc then the store credit will be reissued and the remainder refunded to the other payment method.

We refund back to Afterpay, ZipPay, Klarna or Lay Buy directly. The refund amount you then receive in your bank account will depend on the status of your instalments and can take 3 -5 business days?

We can not cancel or pause your instalments. We recommend checking the website of the buy now, pay later site you use for more specific details around their refunds and how this affects your instalments.
