Yeah! LKI’s own Beaver Fleming stormed his way to second place in the Skate Best Trick comp at the Nitro World Games at Salt Lake City on Sunday!
The big air specialist stomped his signature Tennessee Tornado – a frontside cork 720 Christ Air – to finish second overall behind defending champ Elliot Sloan, with skating legend Andy Macdonald rounding out the podium.
Fleming’s been smashing it all year and was expected to give Sloan a serious run for his money at Rice Eccles Stadium, and he didn’t disappoint. He topped the qualifying session with his Tornado and a 360 body varial, then brought the same heat into the finals to finish runner-up.
